FAQ

I’ve tried to answer the questions that I often get asked. If you have a question that I have not answered below, or you’d like to find out more, please get in touch via my contact page.

  • How much do the classes cost?
£9 per person per class when paid in advance, non-refundable and non-transferable, guarantees your mat space.
  • Can I pay per class?
Option to pay as you go but no guaranteed mat space with this option. Please contact me to find out more.
  • What shall I wear to class?
You will be most comfortable wearing sportswear designed for pilates or yoga. Both venues can on occasion be a bit draughty so layers are a good option. We exercise without shoes so socks are recommended.
  • What equipment should I bring?
Please bring your own equipment. An exercise mat is essential, in addition, we regularly use small props including a 7” soft pilates ball and a medium strength resistance band (approx 1.5 – 2m length). Thin and thick head pads may be required to maintain good alignment during exercises. I can explain this in more detail when you attend your first class.
I can provide these items initially but you will be required to obtain your own set to fully participate in the classes ongoing. For more details please email me.
  • Are there any forms that I need to fill out?
Before you attend your first class I will email a ‘joining’ form to you for completion, requiring contact details plus a brief outline of health and fitness. Please bring the completed form to your first session.
  • Is there parking?
There is free parking available at both Longworth Village Hall and Hanney War Memorial Hall.
